Online Personal Training: Intro Package
Online training is an ideal option for the client that prefers to workout in his/her own space, or who doesn’t have access to a training facility for one-on-one training. Programs are designed to meet the specific needs and goals of the individual client and are developed for 2-5 sessions/week. A clear routine will be provided for each day of the week complete with rep count, sets, rest time, estimated load, and links to video clips that correctly demonstrate the exercise. The Trainerize app is used, allowing both the client and trainer to have access to the workout as well as the ability to message at any point- before, during, or after the workout.
