You get to know me. And I get to know you! This 20-30 minute conversation will allow for me to learn about you and your goals, your health history, current health, and any questions/concerns you may have.

Cancellation Policy

Please advise us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so if a spontaneous change of plans occurs please just let us know as soon as possible!
