Assessment: This is where we get to see where your current fitness level is at, as well as how your body moves through space. Your strength, endurance, and flexibility will be analyzed following a biomechanical movement assessment. This assessment will help bring light to any muscle imbalances you have and help narrow down which muscles may be inactive or overactive. For example, always experiencing headaches? Cancellation Policy
